Billing and refunds

Plus subscription

• Plus costs $20 USD per month, billed through Stripe on the day you subscribe and every month after.
• It renews automatically until you cancel. Cancel anytime in Settings → Plan → Manage billing.
• When you cancel, Plus stays active until the end of the period you already paid for. You won't be charged again.
• If one member of a group chat or quiz battle has Plus, that feature works for everyone in it. You never pay for other people.

Verified badge

The verified badge is a one-time $5 USD fee that covers the cost of an ID and selfie check by Stripe Identity. If the check cannot be completed for a technical reason on our side, contact us for a refund. You can also dispute any charge with your card issuer.

Refunds

Subscription payments are generally non-refundable for partial months, except where required by law. If you were charged by mistake or something went wrong, contact us within 14 days and we will make it right.

Advertising balance

Advertisers prepay a balance ($25 to $5,000 per top-up). Balance is spent only on viewable impressions or clicks at auction prices, never above your bid, daily budget or total budget. Unused balance from top-ups in the last 12 months can be refunded at any time with the Refund button in your ads dashboard; it goes back to the original card automatically, usually arriving in 5–10 business days. If we suspend an advertiser for breaking the Ad policy, unused balance is still refunded unless the balance was funded fraudulently. See the Advertiser Terms.
