1. What Heyborly is

Heyborly is a social platform that helps gay men meet new friends, gym partners, activity buddies, gaming partners, travel companions and professional contacts near them. Conversations start anonymously and profiles are shared only when both people agree.

Heyborly is not a dating, matchmaking, escort or adult service. Using it to arrange dates, hookups or any sexual or paid companionship is prohibited and leads to account removal.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• You may hold one account, and the information you give us must be accurate.
• You may not use Heyborly if you have been removed from it before.

3. Your content and conduct

You keep ownership of what you post. You give us a limited license to host and display it to the people you choose to share it with. You are responsible for your messages and posts and must follow the community guidelines. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break them.

4. Plans and payments

Heyborly is free to use. Optional paid features are:

• Plus, a subscription at $20 USD per month that renews automatically each month until cancelled. It includes unlimited new connections, unlimited personality quizzes, detailed compatibility breakdowns, travel mode, quiz battles and group chats. Free members get the daily question and 10 quiz answers per day.
• Verified badge, a one-time $5 USD fee for an ID and selfie check performed by Stripe Identity.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are shown before you pay and may include applicable taxes. You can cancel Plus at any time from Settings; it stays active until the end of the period you have paid for. See billing and refunds.

6. Invite rewards

Members on the free plan earn one free quiz battle for each friend who signs up with their invite link and completes onboarding. Rewards have no cash value. Creating fake accounts to earn rewards is prohibited.

6a. Sponsored posts

Heyborly is supported in part by advertising. Free accounts see a limited number of sponsored posts, always labeled “Sponsored”; Plus members see none. Ads are from third parties, who are responsible for their offers; a sponsored post is not an endorsement by Heyborly. Ads from businesses affiliated with Heyborly or its founder (for example ottomind.dev) are labeled “Founder-affiliated”. Businesses that advertise agree to the separate Advertiser Terms and Ad policy.

7. Safety and disclaimers

We do not run criminal background checks. A verified badge confirms that someone completed an ID check, not that they are safe. Meet in public places, tell a friend where you are going, and never send money to someone you met here. The service is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law.

8. Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time from Settings. Deleting your account cancels any active subscription and removes your profile, messages and posts. We may suspend or end accounts that violate these terms.
